What you have now is equal to the required tasks and the minor improvements that you could make would not make a whole lot of difference Im afraid.

That depends, if it does what you need then why bother?
Your OP asked about potential CPU and Ram upgrades and that was what I answered, for me to say outright that you needed a new PC would have been neither helpful or correct.
