HP Imaging Device Not Found

I have an HP C4180 All in One device. Since acquiring a computer running Windows 7 I have been unable to scan documents although printing is working fine. On using the HP Solution Centre I get the message "HP Imaging Device Not Found" with suggestions, none of which work.

Any Ideas?

Problem solved - device uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried this before and it didn't work!
