I have a Intel Celeron and 512 mb ram. I wanted to know if it would be worth it to buy the Radeon 9250 256mb or just go with the cheaper Radeon 9250 128mb.

this depends on what you are doing. If you are playing newer games i would go with the 256mb card but not so newer games like halo of battlefield go with the cheaper 128mb card. I think in the long run it is better to go with the 256mb due to your processor being a celeron and not a P4.
