I've a problem. Recently I have got Beyonce's a DVD-disk «I Am... World Tour» also wanted to copy it for the younger sister. However when I have tried to copy it that on the TV screen there was inscription COPY PROTECTED. I have paid almost $20 and my property I can do this disk with it that I want as have paid to the legal owner. Now one I sit at night and I try to give a gift to the sister, but I understand that my gift she won't wait. Please advise as to solve my problem, I have been assured that at someone it too.

Technically, most jurisdictions only allow you to make a backup when you own, and still have in YOUR possession the original. You may not lend or give the backup disk to anybody. You may not keep the backup disk and give away the original. The TOU's are a little ambiguous as to what constitutes warez, so I'm going to be deliberately vague here.

Ever since the format's inception, most commercially released DVD video disks have come with some form of copyright protection. As a result, it is usually not as simple as to just make a plain copy. The protection must be circumvented, bypassed, or deleted entirely. There are many, many free, and commercially available software solutions to allow you to do this, as long as, as stated above, you remain the sole beneficiary of both the original, and the backup. I cannot be clearer on this point. In other words, you MAY NOT, legally, give the backup copy to your sister. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is all I'll say. Note that there are many, many forums dedicated to copy protection, and so called "unrestricted ownership." As far as I can interpret however, per the forum rules I am not able to help you further here.
