In the last week or so my hotmail account has been sending out spam emails to all my contacts. They don't have a subject just a link like this one

or variations. I've changed my password today but wondered if there's anything else I can do?
I've also noticed that tab is trying to connect to something, like its trying to refresh all the time (without it refreshing).
