Hi NickKeenan,

After all scan I don't think you have problems with malware. This is system problem.

Please open new topic in Windows XP™, 2000, 2003, NT because there are guys that will help you better with this problem. Tell them that we cleaned your PC from malware and post them link to this topic.

I'll leave this topic opened too in case something comes around.
