Hello,

OK, if it opened and stayed open, can you type ipconfig /all (make sure you include the space between the g and the /)

Copy or do a screenshot of the output.

Hello,

The only thing I can see that looks different is the lack of the DNS Suffix Search List. Can you do the following...

1. Windows key + "R"
2. type mmc and press enter
3. Select file and add snap in
4. Select group policy from the list
5. Expand the following Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> DNS Client
6. Could you take a screenshot of that please?
