Slow startup,,MB blocked an address without me surfing on the net, TDS

Hello,
my computer is slow at the start up / plus i was steering in the screen and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware just blocked this address
208.87.149.250
process svchost.exe

i did TDDSkiller and it found something and i deleted it , nod32 scan clean result , avira and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware also
