Symantec Enpoint Protection is repeatedly finding - and quarentining - these problems, but it is not removing them. (Actually, W97M.Ethan.DX hasn't popped up in a while). I have run OTL --- attached are the logs [as well as from Symantec]. What should I do next? Thank you in advance!
