Malware infestation... [Closed]

Hi there,

So I have had some issues with some malware on my computer. Lately, there have been a ton of little glitches, including disappeared start menu programs, strange "ghost" icons appearing on my desktop and in my dropbox folder, but probably the most annoying thing is that my computer will suddenly stop responding. It will lag for about 30 seconds and then come back.

I have used SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, and other utilities. I am worried now that I've gone a little too far and messed up my registry or something. I am attaching an HJT log below. Please help me understand it. I noticed that there are a bunch of missing files and I am worried that maybe I deleted them in my attempt to fix my machine.

Hi there Hijackthis cannot handle 64bit systems

Download OTL to your Desktop
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Select All Users
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
    netsvcs

  • Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Post both logs

THEN

Download aswMBR.exe ( 1.8mb ) to your desktop.
Double click the aswMBR.exe to run it Click the "Scan" button to start scan

On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply
