Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced startup options, and the nselect safe mode.

I have not found all of these specific codes in the pinned thread at the top of this forum. I can only run the computer in safe mode and it will not allow me to run windows xp repair. The folder says that it is empty. I cannot use system restore either for some reason. I hope somebody can help me solve this issue.
