Malwarebytes and outgoing threats

AntiMalware is constantly telling me it's blocking outgoing connections, even when I'm not actively surfing, although I do have a browser open. I have AntiMalware installed on three computers and this only happens on one, and surfing is extremely slow on that one computer. Any assistance would be appreciated.
