Ainol Novo 7 Paladin Battery Problem

I've had my Ainol Novo 7 Paladin Android Tablet for about 3 weeks now. Just this morning it just decided to stop charging. I've tried and done: several system wipes, regular resets and recovery resets as well. But nothing happened. The battery continues to keep draining even when I'm not using it. I've tried looking at other sites to help me with this problem but they all require me to pay them for an answer. So I thought screw it, I need to fix my tablet now and fast. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO IS AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD, DON'T BE HOLDING OUT ON ME

Ainol Novo has many problems.

I had this tablet for about half year and it works fine, so I think you should bring it back for an exchange
