not likely because you can play music and hear what you have posted on you tube but you could unplug from the wall...remove the sound card from the system and try using the onboard sound...
did you create a new account...
have you got a reply from the malware pro's yet...

I don't know how to create a new account, so no, I didn't do that part. I got a response about 15 minutes ago, actually from the malware guys asking me to run the OTL report which I'd already posted. Not sure why, but of course, I'll do it again since I know zip about this stuff.
