Hi,

A couple of days ago Word started to freeze just after opening a certain file. It had been fine for a day before that. The file is small, simple but contains a 3rd party template with macros.

I have tried renaming the Normal template, deleting temp files (though I can't find the temp file associated with that template even when viewing Hidden files). I've run Powersuite, RegClean Pro and Norton AV.

Have tested trying to open another file and get the same problem.

The problem file works fine on my laptop - Word 2010 and Windows 7.

I'm not a PC expert. Am wasting so much time on this!

Grateful for any suggestions :)
