How to delete everything off a hp Pavillion

My computer is really slow so I want to delete everything off of it and start new. My computer did not come with a disk it says I can restore it without disks. Can someone explain to me how to do it?

To do a complete factory restore do the following.

Press the power button to start the HP. Press and hold the F11 key to launch the HP Recovery Manager from the recovery partition.
