The program you were curious about is is used to improve videos with codec problems. I installed it a longggggg time ago and completly forgot to desintall (which I have just done). I did a full scan with AVG(except for a install folder for PanzerGeneral III which it keeps stalling whenever it tries to read...), fully updated, no viruses. None of the files you mentioned showed up, although I did find zqkswpha.dat, which I kept, assuming it's the right file. I also installed spyware doctor and mean to keep to installed to help along the AVG and ZoneAlarm. Whew. MANY thanks, once again. :tazz:

I need to look for that topic that I created for you, but if zqkswpha.dat is listed to delete, you should delete it (unless you know what it's for).

Your log is clean.

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. Restart your computer and uncheck the same box to enable System Restore.

Make sure to get the latest updates for Windows and Internet Explorer at http://v5.windowsupd...t.aspx?ln=en-us.

To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.
