Then on setup ensure that the printer shown is the one you are using, presumably you are using the pdf printer to actually save the output as a pdf doc
What program are you using for this
This is the screen you want on the print - from File

I would consider uninstalling and reinstalling the software that you are using for the PDF conversion.
You may find the following useful
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902465
and lots of people have had the same problem,
I use Money and have done since it was first released but I do not print to pdf, so I cannot provide help from personal experience of this issue
http://answers.micro...c1-e4bfe7a2b24c
I think the answer will be in the second link, depending on if you have also just installed IE9, but without knowing which pdf software and which version of Money you are using it is difficult to advise further.
Will it print a hard copy using your default printer.

0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card)

You joined Geeks to Go on 6 May and asked for some help.
It is now some 20 days since that was offered to you, and I just wondered how you were progressing.
