Hello,
Please help me resolve this issue. I have a Toshiba laptop that will not stay in hibernation. I have it set to hibernate when i close the lid or press the power button. It stays in hibernation for 15 seconds and turns back on. I disabled and removed Toshiba power scheme that seemed to be cause this issue at first. Updated bios. Disabled Screen saver. Video card is standard that came with the computer. I have been going through Google trying to resolve this issue. I downloaded HiJack.exe and got the log. I am posting the log below. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thank you in advanced.

RESOLVED THE ISSUE:
Wireless network card would wake up the laptop from Standby.
Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>Network Adapters>Properties of Wireless Card>Power Management(Tab)
Unselect "Allow This device to bring the computer out of standby"
Case closed.
