I wonder if you could help with an issue I have with 3 laptops no longer connecting wirelessly to my HP J6410 Printer. This issue has arisen since I changed my Internet Provider. I've tried looking on the 'net for advice but alas there is so much contradictory info that it's a minefield.

If you can let me know what further info is required I'll do my best to provide it.

After changing your internet provider you need to reset the configuration for your printer

Downloaded user manual from HP site, also used HP online troubleshooting guide. Downloaded drivers from site, uninstalled printer completely then reinstalled using downloaded drivers and followed online instructions to set up network.
