Hi again. I posted a question and log about this problem a couple weeks ago, but received no replies. Since then, my computer became barely usable. I was able to fix it enough so I could do the following:

Updated and ran Ad-aware. It found 4 tracking cookies which were deleted. CW Shredder showed nothing. Spybot found two programs-a file related to Cool Web Search and a tool bar for My Place that I have never seen. These were deleted. Trend Scan showed nothing.

I have the latest definitions and run daily scans with AVG. I have been getting a Trojan Horse alert that AVG cannot fix. I push all of the buttons (heal, move to virus vault, delete, more info, etc.), but get messages that “no further action is available”.

I am running the latest version of Spyware Dr., which blocks some pop-ups but allows others. Since running Spyware Dr., my CPU usage is often at 100%. I know something is running in the background but cannot figure out what. Tonight I have been working at this for 5 hours so far. Below is my Hijack this log. Removed what you recommended.

Here are more details.......

Spyware Dr keeps giving the following error messages whenever the computer is booted, or e-mail/internet programs are started and closed, and when the computer is shut down: "Access violation at 62994814 in module bhmonitor.dll" Read of address 00000030. Sometimes the violation is at 02994A01 with a read of 0000000.

The Trojan Horse Startpages (named by AVG as 18.Z and 18.BD) found by AVG are: enter[1].cab:\inst2.dll (and) enter [1].cab. They were not given a specific name. I was able to move 1 of them to the virus vault. They are liocated in temp internet settings.

Are you sure about the spelling in that error report?

The file SpywareDoctor uses is called bhomonitor.dll to my best knowledge.

In IE click Tools > Internet options > on the General tab click Delete Files and put a checkmark in the Include offline items box.

Sorry, it was bhomonitor.dll.

Got rid of the temp internet files. thanks for the advice.

I also ran the full Spyware Doctor Scan. It came up with 11 Trojans. They are 9 TrojEbatea-A, and 2 Backdoor.Jeem.

They are mostly in the System\System folder and 3 are in the Application Data folder.

Any suggestions?

Is SpywareDoctor unable to delete them?

It sounds to me like you need to uninstall and re-install the program.
