I have only one problem with my incredimail. I have one friend that sends me email's and all I get is her name and email address, no message. She is on my email list. She is with Global.com. Has anyone had this problem?

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Have you recently upgraded Incredimail? Seems this is an ongoing issue with Incredimail!

Please follow the guidance provided by Frenchie in the following thread to see if it corrects your problem of not receiving the body of the email.
