Hello i have got a Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System model number SC-HT855 and my remote does nothing,it was working once but not now,my wife took it to the shop where we bought it from and they said there was nothing wrong with it,is there a way of resetting the machine to factory settings which might make the remote work?
