Greetings!

I recently got my older hard drive formatted. Not a big loss, but still, there were some important data which I would fancy recovering. Can you tell me if there is a software for recovering deleted files even after they're removed from the Recycle Bin, or the hard drive got formatted? Of course, the restored files should be readable and usable again after re-incarnation, just like before :)

Make an image of that HDD with TestDisk then work on a copy of that image using TestDisk and PhotoRec.

Sounds good enough, thank you for the reply. Making an image with TestDisk also can resurrect lost files even after the hard drive got formatted, right? :)

Yes, as long as the HDD is readable when you create the image.
Just keep the image untouched and you will be all right.
