I bought this machine 6 months ago, I'm just not having any luck with it. Mainly my anti-virus program was cheap and i want to reinstall my OS before adding my new software. My problem is these manufactuer's decide not to send a factory settings reboot disc these days. I called systemax and they wanted 40$ just to talk to me, I'm sorry the computers 6 months old and that is just a horrid way to start your customer service. The reboot on the machine as far as I can find is just a restore to an earlier date which doesn't help me since it only goes back 3 weeks. Is there any way around this or do I bite the bullet and pay these people to send me something I feel should come with my system?

System Name : SYX SG-125
System Model / Item # : SYX-1113

OS : Windows 7 64 bit

Hi Jumpoff ... ..:welcome:

try pressing the alt key and the F10 key as soon as you power up...
nojoy...

you can sometimes seen the key combination to press on the screen that will access the destructive recovery...that just means the computer will be put back to how it was the day it left the factory
