Greetings.

I recently purchased an Asus Transformer TF300T and I can not access the tablet from my PC through the USB. I downloaded (I thought) the Asus drivers and the "Asus Sync" software to my PC. I can not transfer files between the two directly. The tablet does not show up in "My Computer" as a drive or storage device. I can, however, access the camera functions using PTP, but not MTP (?).

Am I doing something wrong or has Asus blocked this function?

Thanks.

From what i have read on the internet, the problem may be that you are using a XP computer. Asus SYNC seems to need at least Windows Vista. A second thing that may help is to download the full Asus Sync program to your computer. It might be that just downloading the drivers is not enough. I hope this helps.
