my computer is running slower than it did and i dont know why <_<

i dont know what i can do to fix it other than ask you hehehehe . my browser seems to crash alot and freez up, my pc freezez , windows media player takes about 2 minuter to pop up when i clik on it.. ive just upgraded to service pak 2 for xp. i dont know if this would have caused problems or not . please help BEACUSE IM STUPID!!!!!!!
