dreaded About:blank/cws_ns3 problem

Well i have adaware, spybot , cwshredder and spysweeper. Nothing has worked. Spysweeper detects it and removes it, but it comes back. I looked for automatic fixes such as AboutBuster but that has not work either. I am running out of ideas!!! It is pising the !@#!@# out of me. Here is my Hijack log. Can anyone help!?!
