Unfortunately HP does not allow that ype of recovery, the only option is a full restore..

Have a look and think about what is stated on this page and let me know your thoughts

THere is one final possible option

Download and install the MS update from here

This will update the root certificates and may just may repair the problem

didn't even think it open the file
it thought about it for a moment...but there wasn't any kinda program that started
