Facebook won't load on my PC

I bought new PC and facebook won't load in Chrome nor Firefox. But when I try on my laptop, there's no problem. With both computers I use Windows 7. And other websites work normally. Anyone knows what seems to be a problem?

It also doesn't load in IE. I tried putting https instead of http, scanned computer for viruses, renamed HOSTS, cleaned the browser history, cookies, etc. and the problem is still here. Sometime it works for a minute and I can login, but that's pretty much it. The next thing I get is "the website cannot be displayed".
