Hello.

When I turn it on, I see the two monitors in the bottom right corner of the screen, but there is no globe. When I hover over it says it is connected to Virgin but limited. If I click repair it comes up with a few things, such as plugging a cable in (I'd rather not), running tests which I did to no avail, and suggesting it's my laptop.

It does turn on after a wait, and then the internet is fine, but my other laptop in the house never has this problem and is always connected.

I just want to know if this sounds like the wireless card has broken, and whether or not I should buy one of those wireless dongle adapter things.

Many thanks!
