Startup process help

Has anyone heard of any of these start-up processes? On the msconfig startup menu, the computer is listed as having **39** process. I am used to maybe 12.

These are MIA on google searches:

4E67.exe (two instances on startup)
slgonr
cnesnap.exe
vba2_32.exe
chdjk.exe
tapiweb.exe
yxszgd.exe
SodmqEqcB (two instances on startup)

Do any of those look familiar to you?
