Just to add before I start I cannot get into the game at all, it will get to the title screen on odd occasions. The only way I can access compatibility mode for the game is to launch it and do it from the task manager, however the game crashes to quickly for me too.

There are a number of suggestions for that situation. To save me a lot of typing, please work your way through them.
I presume, you know that your system meets the requirements of the game.
Does the system crash at anytime, when not gaming.

I will do when I get on the pc, il most likely have the results up tomorrow.
I have a system spec capable of running it on high as it worked on the demo.
Having owned the rig for 6 months it has not crashed other than this game problem ( same with space marine)

I don't think so. All I can remember from it is, is that it said windows has encountered an error. It's stopped now for some reason the game just freezes and reboots.

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
17 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. Only 15 are included in this report. 2 third party drivers have been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:
etronxhci.sys (Etron eXtensible Host Controller Driver., Etron Technology Inc)
unknown_module_00000000`000000a6.sys
If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.
Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.
Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Before we start on that
However small the risk, there is always of course a risk, once we start installing drivers and addressing other issues.
1. Is system restore turned on.
2. Check that you can create a restore point
3. Do you have the system backed up and does that include a complete image
4. Is the computer OEM with a pre installed O/S and a recovery partition OR is it generic and you have the Windows 7 Microsoft DVD, so that if necessary we can boot and use startup repair.
5. I am NOT expecting anything to happen but it is no use trying to shut the stable door after the horse has bolted.
