Hi all,

My first post here on this forum. Here are the specs of my computer.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 @ 2.5Ghz

4 GB Ram

Over 100 GB free of hard disk space

D-link DWA-552 Wireless N

Win 7 64-bit



Anyhow, my computer tends to slow down when downloading files over 1.5 mb/s. Anything below that speed, my computer is just fine. This includes youtube videos, utorrent, pms (playstation media server) and just regular downloads over the internet. I've used ccleaner, tune up, malwarebytes, and disabled a lot of startup programs, but the problem is still there.

As of right now, the computer has 5% CPU usage and 45% physical memory, which should be alright. The network card is already updated to the newest driver and so is everything else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
