My granny bought a dell laptop we used it and got everything set up and we shut down. The next day we switched it on and it said windows is loading files. In black and white and this process took 5 mins. Then it goes to startup repair and says that windows cannot repair files automatically and has 2 options. View diagnostic and repair details or view advanced options for system recovery and support and I've tried the second option a numerous amount of times and followed the insructions carefully and didn't work pls can someone help
