No when you first turn your system on and on the first black screen you would start clicking Del to get into the bios. Look on the bottom left of your screen as it should tell you what to click to enter the bios or sometimes it is called Setup
From there depending on your bios you will see tabs at the top marked like General, Power, Boot,
What you want is the Power one and then see if there is the voltages showing. What I need to know is the +12 and +3.3 voltage readings.

That is it and guess what..... there is nothing wrong with your PSU. Your voltages are right where they should be.

We tested the video card in posts 124 through 130 with the diagnostic programs.
I still say it is a heat issue with the results you posted on the stress tests.
Can you get me a picture of your video card and inside you case please.

Hmm looks pretty clean from what I can see.
I have a ideal to do a parallel instal and see if everything works ok then.
So far hardware and OS seem to check out fine so I'm thinking maybe a second install with fresh drivers and bare programs with only Microsoft Window updates will tell us if the issue is your system installation.
How much free space do you have on the main drive?

Also sorry forgot something. Is the OS installation a store bought or a branded system disk?

OK I'm sorry it has been a long day and I forgot all the specs just now.
Being a branded system like HP, Compaq, Dell or something like that then the disk won't work for the parallel installation.
Let me ask if this is a branded system did it come prebuilt for you?
