Im not sure if this will help or not, but after i did the first restore, I scaned my laptop useing Windows defender, (my antivirus is expired at the moment) and it found "Trojan:win64/Alureon.gen!K" A pop up then showed up asking if i wanted to remove it, i did and thats when i decited to restore it so it was how when i first got it.
