I am tasked with finding and implementing a video conferencing solution for our company. We have three offices and a few outside sales people. The idea is to have a video conference so people in all three offices and the sales people can have regular meetings from their own locations. The trick is security. There will be confidential information shared and the CEO wants to make sure that a tech savvy person cannot hack into the meeting. So the hosted or cloud options freak him out. We did find a web conferencing appliance or on premise option but we don't really know enough to trust one over the other. Our IT is outsourced and to go through them to implement the solution is expensive. So, does anyone here have an opinion? Any information is appreciated, thank you.

You should look at Adobe Connect as it has an on-premise option, behind your firewalls on your server so the security is up to your team. I can help you with the evaluation feel free to send me an email at [email protected]

We use on premise secured web conferencing appliance such as RHUB in our organization to organize webinars and online meetings. It has easy to use functionality and best part is, it is only one time payment.
