Every time I start my pc, ZoneAlarm picks up "Mindspark Toolbar Platform Searchscope Monitor" which is a virus. I deny entry but it installs on my startup. I uncheck it on "msconfig/startup" but every time I restart, there it is. Can anybody help me remove this permanently please/

From Internet Explorer, click on Tools / Manage Add-ons. Disable anything related to Mindspark Toolbar Platform Search Monitor. See if that helps.

Also look in Control Panel / P{programs and features, see if it's listed there. If yes, right click on it and select Uninstall.

It was lurking in my ad-ons. Disabled now. All good. Many thanks once again.
