Does anyone know a good photo editing/manipulation/reaveal/enhancing prog to dl? If so, could u post the direct link??? Thanks you guys,

If you have money, get Photoshop CS by Adobe. If you're looking for something free, checkout GIMP.

UM... I tried that already.. maybe i used a faulty link? But every time i dl it.. it just was always sat in the backround as a bg application. any more suggestions or advice on different progs.. or how to make GIMP work?
