I should have caught the thing that ESET found. It was in your OTL log:

[1832/11/29 00:01:29 | 000,004,804 | ---- | M] () (No name found) -- C:\USERS\L\APPDATA\ROAMING\MOZILLA\FIREFOX\PROFILES\LTCLYTPK.DEFAULT\EXTENSIONS\[email protected]

Note the date is 1832. Duh!

i am going to use the internet in mozilla today and see if i am being redirected. Did ESET fix the threat - i think it did. But, just checking.

i will post if I am still having issues.
