after trying to fix this problem i end up with installing new copy of windows and it did not help with fixing it

can anyone help me with this

Did it ever work on this computer?

Two likely candidates are memory and your video card or chipset.

To test memory, download Memtest86+ (you want the 2nd one Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)). Unzip it then create a CD from the iso file using your CD burning software. There is a good freeware burner called ImgBurn which will do this easily.

DO NOT burn the .iso file directly to CD. It must be used as input to a program that knows what to do with it, like the one I mentioned above.

Boot the CD and run for at least 3 complete passes unless it shows errors sooner than that. An overnight run is even better.

If not that, look for a newer driver for your video card/chipset.

thanks but this is the only game making this problem i have so many games higher graphic and it works fine why this game is not working i dont know also can i use this program at usb drive or memory card?

no from the first time i installed it never work the error comes when i click at pc sitting or new game it crash with this error

Looks like lots of people are having problems with Steam games and Vista/Windows 7.
