Odd files appearing in C Drive

Hi,

Windows XP
Version 2002
Service Pack 3
Compaq Presario
122 GB of Free Space.

As the title says I have found some odd files appearing in C Drive, see attached photographs.

I believe they may have appeared after downloading a DVD burning program.

Photo 1 is what is in the C drive

Photo 2 is what appears when I open Install.

My query is do I need it and can I delete it?
