I am new to Graphic design and webdesign so I'll be asking a lot of stupid questions and will need my answers in Southern terms (Very slow english) lol

I am using the Adobe Master Collection. I primarily use Photoshop and Illustrator. I need a good fast PC to multi task. I use 2 monitors but would like to add a third. This is not a deal breaker but do require at least two. I am on a tight budget and have Chase rewards available from my credit card so am limited to my selection. The following seems to have what I need but I need some advice on pros and cons as i only know the basics. Will this be a good choice for me?
