Hello,

Looking for a way to figure out how to consolidate all my years of contacts synchronizing with outlook and blackberry from work, then outlook and blackberry at home using gmail. Have realized that Gmail may be the way to go as a wireless cloud type data base for all my contacts, calender, notes, and tasks if possible. Would like to have it all sync to home outlook. work files don't matter, not working now so i have time to do this. I have always had this wireless exchange sync between work and blackberry like i said.

Would like to create a single file to merge everything to in gmail as it has push sync for everything I am thinking of dumping he bb and going android Samsung 4g lte s3 instead.
p
I am not very technical, I just know this industry very well and have been using sync for many years with desktop to bb. I have been noticing that gmail is kinda doing what i want. problem is i love outlook. gmail will pop3 into outlook and i think will even synk contacts and calendar wireless push. Not sure how but its happening now with my bb. I have load sync 2 3rd party software and its syncing my gmail to the outlook. and things seem to be working ok

but what do you all recommend i do to clean up years of old back ups when i loose a device and load old back up and it messes everything up.

I always used to not care how many times i had the same thing listed many times as long as i had it all and that has worked. but now i have time to try and clean it all up.. kinda like apple contacts i guess.

Gmail is probably my best way to go.. but what do you all think? and how would you do it all?
