Hello guys, my laptop is infected with something that is causing it to run extremely slow. My taskbar had be locked but after rebooting it its back to normal, but the slow loading speeds and slow browser speeds are absolutely killing me. Can someone please help me?

Update: now my internet is constantly disconnecting me, and my browsers are stalling out when I click on links. This is making it impossible for me to do my assignments, someone please help me.
