Run the program allow it to finish then hit file> save > Save the file to desktop.The default file name will be DeviceList Attach Device list in your next reply.

After you install the two drivers check the connection wired and wireless if they both fail then a fresh minitoolbox log please.

Ive just checked the laptop we fixed yesterday tho its not working on there lol!

Oh you said that you changed the router settings you will need to uninstall the wireless driver on the machine we worked on yesterday reboot and enter the new password for that machine because the settings are now for the old password a minor issue.

Make sure to install the service packs on both the machines and install Avast or at least an antivirus on both the machines happy surfing.
