how to enable snap feature in windows 8?

Well in lower resolution screens we are not able to use snap feature of windows 8 ,even if we try to use registry hack it wont work because Microsoft disabled registry patches in windows 8 .
Is there any way to use this feature on lower resolution screens ?

I am Installing Windows 8 now.. I wonder if software like Powerstrip could trick windows into thinking the display was large enough for Snap.

I will try as soon as i install.
