Cant install ubuntu

Hi everybody,
i hope you are ok, im trying to dual boot Ubuntu with win7, after installing win 7 i reboot my laptop with Ubuntu disc inside.
Its start booting and after the Ubuntu logo (screen 1 attachment)i show with loading points. after that i show a color background (screen 2 attachment) but only the background and the mouse cursor, nothing else. I left it about 90 minutes and the same thing, no menu nothing, if i move the mouse, the cursor move to, is not freeze but is not starting even. Please help me what to do.

Not working, on the middle of install show me a errmsg Can't find patch or something, and then instillation failed.

Are you using Ubuntu 12.4 because that distro has been having more than a few problems,
have you tried reinstalling or perhaps trying a different distro?
