Hello... tonight I noticed that my SD card slot stopped working. I've tried two different sd cards and they do not show up as a separate available drive anymore. Not sure if this has any correlation to me renaming the SD card earlier in the day... but it does nothing now.

If somebody could please help me, I'd appreciate it. I do need to use the SD card slot and not just a USB Flash drive. Thank you in advance.

I am using an HP ProBook on Windows 7.

OK - so strange. I powered my laptop back on today and the SD card slot worked again. Strange because I restarted the comp last night twice and it still wouldn't show up... anything I should know to avoid experiencing this again in the future?
